I Blame Naruto

by admin

I started watching Naruto Shippuden episodes due to peer pressure. I was content with watching One Piece as it’s fun and I like pirate themed mangas and animes. I didn’t like Naruto because I’ve watched the earlier Naruto episodes and he came off as somebody really pitiful and I don’t like mangas or animes that would make me feel bad.

After everyone around me kept talking about how they’ve already watched all Naruto Episodes and even the latest chapter of Naruto Shippuden. Like Alice in Wonderland I got curiouser and curiouser. So I bought all the pirated Naruto Shippuden DVDs I could lay my hands on and just watched all Naruto episodes every night. Sometimes I would only have 3 hours of sleep but I didn’t really mind, I was slowly becoming addicted to Naruto.

Once I’ve finished all my pirated Naruto Shippuden DVDs, I went to check on the internet to see all Naruto episodes that have already been released. True enough, my DVD collection was incomplete. I scoured the internet for all the sites that offer to show all naruto episodes for free and good thing I chanced upon animecrazy.net.

Needless to say, after watching even the latest Naruto Shippuden episode, I still wanted more! I can no longer wait for the weekly installment and I crossed over to Naruto Manga. Imagine my delight when I discovered that the Naruto Manga was waaaayy advanced than the anime version. So I started reading all the Naruto manga chapters every night. I got so addicted that even when I’m in the office, I would be reading manga. lol. Well, I usually read during breaks so, there.

Unfortunately because I was overreading Naruto, I arrived at the latest Naruto shippuden so fast that I got depressed since the chapters don’t come everyday. There were even times when there won’t be chapters available on the week where there’s supposed to be an update.

To while away the time waiting for the latest Naruto Manga chapter, I browsed for other excellent manga titles and got enchanted by a lot of mangas out there. Honestly, Naruto is not the only fish in the manga ocean. True, it’s one of the best, but there are others still that can hold their own against this manga giant. And thus, the proud otaku blog was born.
